Level 1 is all about learning the basics of Reiki and attuning yourself, by opening and clearing your channel. You will need to practice 21 days of self-healing following our training.
This session is capped at 5 people.

* Self development techniques
* Dento Reiki techniques
* 12 basic hand positions
* Self healing practice
