Clarity Breathwork is a gentle, safe and powerful breathing process that releases stress from the cells of the body and helps to transform limiting thoughts, emotions and beliefs. It is a highly effective method of dissolving any obstacles in the subconscious mind and the emotional body.
Breathwork is simple and safe. In a session we breathe lying down so this practice is available to everyone, regardless of age, ability or experience.
By using conscious connected circular breath we are able to go deep to access our birth imprints, past lives, childhood/family memories, and anywhere else we are holding energetic blocks or repeating old patterns that are standing in the way of us living lives of love and expansion.
